What Sweloop is
Sweloop is a personal home-memory tool: it remembers home services, schedules, and notes that you give it. It is provided as a website, installable web app, and browser extension.
Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age for online consent in your country) to use Sweloop. If you sign in with Google, Google's own age requirements also apply.
Your content is yours
The notes you write belong to you. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and sync them so the app works, and nothing more. You can export or delete your content at any time.
A reminder tool, not a guarantee
Sweloop helps you remember; it does not perform home maintenance and cannot guarantee that any reminder appears at the right moment or at all. Do not rely on Sweloop as your only system for anything safety-critical (for example, smoke detector maintenance, gas inspections, or medical needs). Dates and amounts that Sweloop reads from your text are best-effort interpretations that you can and should correct.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sweloop to break the law, to store content you have no right to store, or to attempt to breach or overload the service.
The service is provided "as is"
Sweloop is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently: nothing — Sweloop is free).
Termination
You can stop using Sweloop at any time; your local data stays on your device until you clear it, and you can delete synced data per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change, and meaningful changes will be noted in the app. Continuing to use Sweloop after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
